Covid-19 Update: To ensure the safety of our warehouse staff, all returns processing will be delayed including repair and warranty. We will not be accepting any new warranty claims until July 1st, 2020. Please expect a delay in processing in existing claims. We look forward to serving you and appreciate your patience during this time of crisis.

RETURNS

If you aren’t satisfied with the products you purchased, we will happily accept a return and issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To submit a return:

  • Send the unworn and in like-new condition products back in the original packaging.
  • Drop your package off with the appropriate shipping carrier and keep a copy of your invoice and tracking number.
  • A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed and a credit will be made in the original form of payment used, usually within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
  • If you wish to exchange for new gear fast, we encourage you to place a new order while we process your credit.
  • In the case you were gifted a GWP (gift with purchase) please also return the gift with the returned item.

If you need to return a product that was purchased in a retail store, please return your items to the store you purchased from.

We offer fast and easy exchanges. Submit a return claim within 14 days of purchase and we will give you a store voucher to shop now for your exchange item(s) immediately. Your replacement items are sent to you right away. You’re Welcome!

WARRANTY

Electric offers a lifetime warranty on all defective Electric sunglasses, bags, and luggage. Goggles and other products are fully warranted with proof of purchase against defect in material and workmanship up to (1) year from date of purchase.

Electric warranties do not cover normal wear and tear on products such as: scratches on the lenses of sunglasses, goggles, or spare lenses. Scratches to watch crystal, watchcase, or abrasions to the strap or bracelet; dead batteries. Electric’s warranty does not cover internal or external damage caused by abuse or mishandling.

Volcom sunglasses are protected by a 6 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Volcom Eyewear has the sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects. Scratched lenses are NOT considered a manufacturer’s defect.

If Electric or Volcom Eyewear products are proven defective, they will be replaced at no cost to you. If Electric or Volcom Eyewear products are not considered defective, they will be repaired or replaced at a reasonable charge with your authorization. This warranty applies only to Electric and Volcom Eyewear products purchased from authorized Electric or Volcom Eyewear dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only.
